zChocolat – The best of French

Anything is good if it's made of chocolate.  But if it’s made by “zChocolat” then it’s simply the best.

I had great pleasure of tasting some of those chocolates. They came in a Ruby box, which is in zChocolat institutional line in the Mahogany Collection. And of course with no surprise, they are tasty as they are great looking! You can easily put them in the same category as French Champagne – rich in flavor, very aromatic and – very Luxury looking.


I started with the Z chocolate in white coverage – it combines white chocolate covertures with a duo of a soft, sweet and salty ganache caramel with vanilla bourbon from Madagascar and crunchy praline made with slow roasted Piedmont hazelnuts... It was very tasty and I imidietlly decided that is my favorite.


My next choice was Chocolate n *0 –  made from slow roasted Piedmont hazelnuts,  this praline is surrounded with 40% of Ivory Coast milk chocolate covertures embracing crunchy visible bits of California almonds … just melt in your mouth. 


Chocolate n *1 – a velvety Madagascar  Bourbon vanilla ganache infused with a Provencal lavender  essence and 62% Venezuelan dark chocolate cover – additionally coated in a 70% Venezuelan dark chocolate covertures.


And of course, among all other flavors, for true chocolate lovers… the ever – famous Z Chocolate with 70% of Venezuelan dark chocolate covertures with a duo of a soft, sweet and salty ganache  caramel with vanilla bourbon from Madagascar and crunchy praline made with slow roasted Piedmont hazelnut.
